Events Coming Up!
Security Seminar - Now postponed till further notice
There will be a Business Security Seminar held on Wednesday 27th June at the City of Kingston Offices, 1230 Nepean Highway from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. We encourage you to arrive at 5.45 so you have time to meet people and settle before the seminar starts.Please try to get there, or arrange for a staff member to come along for this important event.
Mental Health Week, October 2007
Heather Geerts attended our recent committee meeting to give an outline of the plans for the ‘Celebrate Mental Heal Walk and Festival’ which will take place on 10th October 2007 during Mental Health Week.The planned walk will take approximately 20 mins and it is expected that Charman Road through the shopping strip will need to be closed for the duration of the walk.Heather outlined how Reach Out are interested in helping employers work with employees who might have mental health issues and is happy to hear from anyone who would like to learn more or have a presentation given at their premises.Reach Out is located in Park Road, around the corner from the Charman Road lights and opposite the Caltex Station.

Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce now has a website that you will be able to access. If you’re already listed on the City of Kingston Business Directory then your listing will have already been added.Committee members have gone through a briefing and demonstration of how to access and update the website and we encourage you to contact us for further information.
